The price list

What it costs

One price per town for each placement. Book more towns in the same order and the total comes down. The discount is taken off the list total, which is then rounded to the nearest whole pound.

The category spot is enquiry only because it is one business per trade per town. A town is only sold for a placement when that advert can really appear on its site; the planner greys out the rest. Availability was last checked against the live sites on 2026-10-04.

Straight answers

Before you book.

Where do the numbers on this site come from?

Page and business counts are read from each site's live sitemap. Search figures come from Google Search Console for that site. Where a site has not been measured yet, it says so and is left out of the totals.

Can I advertise in just one town?

Yes. Every town can be booked on its own at the single-town price. Booking more towns in one go brings the discount in.

How much does it cost?

Per town per month: ticker £5, news feed ad £15, section sponsor £20, homepage banner £25. The category spot is £149 a year per town. Book 2 to 4 towns for 10% off, 5 to 12 for 25%, 13 or more for 40%. The 50% tier requires all listed towns, which is not currently available for network placements. The page shows the exact total for the towns you pick.

Why can I not pick every town?

A town is only offered for a placement when that advert can really appear on its site. A few towns run their own payments or are not set up to show network adverts yet, so they are greyed out for that placement rather than sold to you. They are marked on the planner.

Can I cancel?

The four monthly placements are monthly Stripe subscriptions. When one is cancelled, its adverts come down.

Who runs the sites?

All of them are built and run by Dean Keating, from Horndean in Hampshire. They are independent local guides, not part of a newspaper group.
